Food orders may be placed by e-mail or by telephone. E-mail Food OrdersE-mail will be checked once daily in the morning at 10:00 a.m., and food orders are placed Monday through Friday. Orders are usually received by the hospital on the evening of the next day. You will be notified by telephone as soon as your order is in, or by 2:00 p.m. the same day if the food that you have requested is already in-stock. E-mail orders received after 10:00 a.m. will be processed on the next business day. Please note that e-mail requests should only be made for food which has already been indicated as necessary or appropriate for your pet by your veterinarian. If you have questions or wish to change your pet's diet, please telephone us during regular business hours. Telephone RequestsIf a food order is made by telephone we can immediately inform you if the food is in-stock and set it aside for you. If the food must be ordered we will tell you if the order will be placed on the day of your call or on the next business day, and when it will arrive in our hospital. You will receive a telephone call when the food has arrived.
